Beta Testing terms and condition

BETA TESTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Beta Testing Agreement

ELTRONIS UK Ltd trading as "Smart QR" (“us”, “we”, or “our”) may invite users to participate in beta testing of new features, products, or services ("Beta Testing").  

By participating in Beta Testing, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this section.

2. Beta Testing Responsibilities

As a beta tester, you agree to provide feedback, bug reports, analysis, suggestions, enhancement requests, comments, recommendations and other relevant information related to the beta features.

You acknowledge that beta features may be incomplete, subject to change, and may contain errors.

3. Confidentiality

All information related to Beta Testing, including but not limited to features, designs, and communications, is considered confidential.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any information related to Beta Testing without explicit written consent from us.

4. Use of Beta Features

Beta features are provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim any responsibility for data loss, feature changes, or any other issues arising from the use of beta features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in Beta Testing at any time without notice.

5. Feedback and Intellectual Property

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you during Beta Testing become the property of ELTRONIS UK Ltd.

You agree that any intellectual property created or shared during Beta Testing belongs to ELTRONISUK Ltd. Smart QR maintains all rights, title, and interest in and to all its patents, inventions, copyrights, trademarks, domain names, trade secrets, know-how, and any other intellectual property and/or proprietary rights contained in and to the Beta Products.

6. Termination of Beta Testing

We reserve the right to terminate Beta Testing at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination, you agree to discontinue the use of beta features and promptly return or destroy any confidential information received during Beta Testing.

7. Privacy Policy

This Agreement is subject to and incorporates by reference Smart QR’s Privacy Policy. By entering into this Agreement, Tester agrees to be contacted by Smart QR during and after the Term of this Agreement to participate in the testing of current or future Beta Products.

8. Lifetime Subscription for Lite Plan

As a token of appreciation for Tester’s contribution, Smart QR grants Tester and its designated participants a lifetime subscription to the Lite plan of Smart QR’s services.

9. Compliance with Laws and Representations and Warranties

Each party represents and warrants to the other party that it shall perform its obligations hereunder incompliance with all applicable laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE BETA PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. SMART QR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE BETA PRODUCTS INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES THERE UNDER WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

Tester agrees to indemnify and hold Smart QR, its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any losses (including attorneys’ fees) that result from any third-party claims related to Tester’s or its designated participants access, use, or misuse of the Beta Products or Intellectual Property Rights.

12. Miscellaneous

This Agreement does not create a partnership, agency relationship, or joint venture between the parties. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to render it enforceable to the extent possible.

13. General Provisions

Participation in Beta Testing is voluntary, and you may opt-out at any time.

ELTRONIS UK Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from Beta Testing.

These Beta Testing Terms and Conditions are in addition to and not in lieu of the general Terms and Conditions outlined here.

ELTRONIS UK Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Beta Testing Terms and Conditions at any time.
